| Nimonic 90 Pipes & Tubes (UNS N07090) are nickel-chromium-cobalt-titanium-aluminum alloys, engineered for superior creep resistance in demanding aerospace applications. With ~59% nickel, 20% chromium, 15% cobalt, and γ'-forming elements, they achieve tensile strength ≥880 MPa (age-hardened) and maintain integrity up to 815°C. These pipes/tubes resist fatigue and oxidation in gas turbine blades, discs, and thrust reversers, compliant with aerospace standards (e.g., AMS 5708). Their cobalt content enhances high-temperature strength, making them critical for components under sustained load and thermal stress. |
