| Nimonic 80A Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-titanium-aluminum alloys (UNS N07080) designed for high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. With ~74% nickel, 20% chromium, and precipitating elements (titanium/aluminum), they form γ' phases for tensile strength ≥725 MPa and creep resistance up to 700°C. These pipes/tubes resist scaling in oxidizing atmospheres and maintain durability in gas turbine components, aerospace engine parts, and industrial furnace systems, compliant with ASTM B581. Their age-hardenable structure ensures structural integrity in cyclic thermal conditions, ideal for applications requiring long-term performance at elevated temperatures. |
