| Nickel 201 Pipes & Tubes (UNS N02201) are low-carbon variants of Nickel 200, with carbon ≤0.02% to prevent embrittlement at high temperatures. This makes them ideal for service above 315°C, resisting graphitization and maintaining ductility in thermal cycling. With similar corrosion resistance to Nickel 200, they withstand caustic solutions, ammonia, and chlorine derivatives. Tensile strength ≥485 MPa and elongation ≥40% ensure formability for heat exchangers, furnace parts, and alkali handling equipment, compliant with ASTM B161/B167 for high-temperature integrity. |
