| Inconel X-750 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-iron alloys (UNS N07750) balancing high-strength and corrosion resistance via age-hardening (γ' precipitates). With ~73% nickel, 15% chromium, and strengthening elements like niobium, aluminum, and titanium, they offer tensile strength ≥1240 MPa, creep resistance at 700°C, and stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) resistance in seawater/chloride solutions. Oxidation-resistant up to 980°C, these pipes/tubes suit aerospace turbine components, offshore high-pressure pipelines, and nuclear reactor parts, complying with ASTM B163/B564. Post-weld heat treatment is required to maintain properties. |
