Inconel 725 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloys (UNS N07725) designed for superior corrosion resistance and high-strength performance in harsh environments. With a composition of ~58% nickel, 22% chromium, 10% molybdenum, and 3% niobium, they resist pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking in seawater, chloride solutions, and acidic media. Age-hardenable for tensile strength ≥1170 MPa, these pipes/tubes maintain ductility (elongation ≥20%) and excel in offshore oil & gas equipment, chemical processing vessels, and marine engineering. Compliant with ASTM B677/B829, they offer excellent weldability and thermal stability up to 700°C, outperforming standard alloys in high-pressure, corrosive applications like subsea pipelines and reactor components. |
