| Inconel 718 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-niobium alloys (UNS N07718) renowned for exceptional high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. With a composition of ~52% nickel, 19% chromium, 5% molybdenum, and 5% niobium, they achieve peak strength through age-hardening (γ'' precipitates), maintaining tensile strength ≥1240 MPa and creep resistance up to 700°C. These pipes/tubes resist pitting in chloride environments and oxidation up to 980°C, suitable for aerospace engine components, oil & gas turbines, and nuclear reactor parts. Compliant with ASTM B637/B829, they offer excellent weldability and formability, enduring cyclic thermal stress and harsh media like seawater and acidic fluids. |
