| Inconel 100 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloys (UNS N07001) designed for high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. With a composition of ~70% nickel, 15% cobalt, 9% chromium, and 5% molybdenum, they withstand continuous service up to 870°C while resisting oxidation and stress corrosion in harsh environments. Featuring tensile strength ≥795 MPa and excellent creep resistance, these pipes/tubes are critical in gas turbine components, aerospace engine parts, and high-temperature furnace applications. Compliant with ASTM B619/B622, they maintain structural integrity in extreme conditions, demonstrating superior resistance to thermal fatigue and degradation compared to standard nickel alloys. |
