| Incoloy 800HT Pipes & Tubes (UNS N08811) are high-temperature variants of Incoloy 800, featuring 0.06-0.10% carbon and trace aluminum/titanium. This composition enhances γ' precipitate formation, boosting creep resistance up to 980°C. With tensile strength ≥585 MPa, they excel in ethylene furnace tubes, boiler headers, and heat treatment equipment. Compliant with ASTM B163/B515, they resist scaling in oxidizing atmospheres and outperform 800H in extreme thermal cycling applications. |
