| Incoloy 800H Pipes & Tubes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys (UNS N08810) optimized for high-temperature creep resistance. With ~35% nickel, 21% chromium, and 0.05-0.10% carbon (higher than 800), they form stable carbides, maintaining tensile strength ≥550 MPa and resisting creep rupture at 870°C. Ideal for furnace tubes, reformers, and petrochemical reactors, these pipes/tubes comply with ASTM B163/B515 and withstand continuous service up to 1100°C while resisting oxidation and carburization. |
