| Incoloy 800 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-iron-chromium alloys (UNS N08800) designed for high-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion durability. With ~35% nickel, 21% chromium, and 45% iron, they form a stable Cr₂O₃ oxide layer, withstanding continuous service up to 1100°C while resisting carburization and intergranular corrosion in acidic media. Boasting tensile strength ≥550 MPa and elongation ≥30%, these pipes/tubes comply with ASTM B163/B515 and excel in furnace components, heat exchangers, and nuclear reactor systems. Their balanced composition offers cost-effective performance in environments challenging standard stainless steels, combining thermal stability with resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion. |
