| Haynes 230® Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys (UNS N06230) renowned for exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. With a composition of ~22% chromium, 14% molybdenum, and trace tungsten, they withstand continuous service up to 1230°C while resisting carburization and sulfur corrosion in harsh environments. Boasting tensile strength ≥793 MPa and creep rupture resistance, these pipes/tubes excel in aerospace components, industrial furnace systems, and chemical reactors handling high-temperature gases or molten salts. Compliant with ASTM B619/B622, they feature excellent weldability and maintain integrity in cyclic thermal conditions, outperforming standard alloys in applications requiring extreme temperature durability and resistance to oxidative degradation. |
