| Hastelloy X Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum-iron alloys (UNS N06002) engineered for high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. Containing ~22% chromium, 9% molybdenum, and ~18% iron, they maintain mechanical integrity up to 1200°C while resisting corrosion in fuel gases and acidic environments. With tensile strength ≥758 MPa and excellent creep resistance, these pipes/tubes suit aerospace components (e.g., jet engine parts), industrial furnace systems, and chemical reactors. Compliant with ASTM B619/B622, they excel in applications requiring both high-temperature durability and resistance to carburization or sulfur-induced corrosion. |
