With a composition of ~71% nickel, 16-18% molybdenum, and 7-9% chromium, they withstand severe corrosion from hydrofluoric acid (HF), fluorides, and molten salts, preventing pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Featuring tensile strength ≥724 MPa and excellent ductility, these pipes/tubes are critical in nuclear fuel processing, fluoride-based chemical reactors, and high-temperature furnace applications.
