| Hastelloy G-35 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum-iron alloys (UNS N06035), upgraded from Hastelloy G-30 to offer enhanced corrosion resistance. Containing ~22% chromium, 6.5-8.5% molybdenum, and ~20% iron, they excel in resisting pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion in oxidizing media like nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride solutions. With tensile strength ≥724 MPa and elongation ≥40%, these pipes/tubes suit chemical processing, flue gas desulfurization, and marine applications. Compliant with ASTM B619/B622, they maintain integrity in harsh environments with high-temperature acidic fluids and mixed chemical media. |
