| Hastelloy G-30 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum-iron alloys (UNS N06030) designed for exceptional resistance to oxidizing corrosive media. With a composition of ~28% chromium, 4-6% molybdenum, and ~15% iron, they withstand severe corrosion in nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride-containing environments, resisting pitting and crevice corrosion effectively. Boasting tensile strength ≥724 MPa and elongation ≥40%, these pipes/tubes are ideal for chemical processing, flue gas desulfurization systems, and marine engineering. Compliant with ASTM B619/B622 standards, they perform reliably in high-temperature acidic fluids and complex chemical media, outperforming many stainless steels in harsh conditions. |
