Hastelloy C22 Pipes & Tubes are made of a nickel - chromium - molybdenum - tungsten alloy (UNS N06022). It contains approximately 56 - 62% nickel, 12.5 - 14.5% molybdenum, 20 - 22.5% chromium, 2.5 - 3.5% tungsten, and small amounts of iron, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and carbon. These pipes and tubes have excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, including most organic and inorganic acids and chemical process media. They also have good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress - corrosion cracking. With a density of 8.69 g/cm³, a melting point of 1399 °C, a tensile strength of 650 MPa, and an elongation of 45%, they have good mechanical properties. They are widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical production, food production, and other industries. The manufacturing standards include ASTM B619, ASTM B622, ASTM B626, etc. |
