| Hastelloy C-4 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys (UNS N06455) with ~60% nickel, 14-17% chromium, and 14-17% molybdenum, designed to resist chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and pitting in harsh environments. Featuring tensile strength ≥758 MPa and good weldability, they maintain corrosion resistance even after sensitization, making them suitable for chemical processing, flue gas desulfurization, and marine applications. Manufactured to ASTM B619, B622, and B626 standards, these pipes/tubes excel in handling acids and chloride-containing media. |
