| Hastelloy C-2000 Pipes & Tubes are nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloys (UNS N06200), combining excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance. With 15.0-17.0% molybdenum and 14.5-16.5% chromium, they resist pitting and stress corrosion in mixed acids like sulfuric and hydrochloric acid, especially in chloride-containing environments. Featuring tensile strength ≥690 MPa and a density of 8.5 g/cm³, they maintain stability at 1328-1358℃. Widely used in chemical reactors, FGD pipelines, and seawater desalination equipment, they excel in harsh scenarios like nuclear fuel processing, compliant with ASTM B619 and other standards. |
