ASTM/ASME 314 Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes are high-silicon (1.5-3.0%) austenitic (UNS S31400) products conforming to ASTM A312/A213 standards, featuring enhanced chromium (23-26%) and nickel (19-22%) content with elevated silicon for exceptional oxidation resistance in continuous service up to 1200°C (2200°F), offering superior performance in extreme thermal environments including radiant tubes, furnace components, and heat treatment equipment where maximum resistance to scaling, carburization, and thermal cycling is required, while maintaining better high-temperature strength and durability than standard 310 grades for the most demanding industrial heating applications.
