ASTM/ASME 15-5 PH Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes are premium precipitation-hardening martensitic (UNS S15500) products conforming to ASTM A312/A213/A790 standards, featuring an optimized chromium (14-15.5%), nickel (3.5-5.5%), and copper (2.5-4.5%) composition with niobium/tantalum stabilization for superior strength (up to 1170 MPa yield in H1150 condition) and enhanced toughness over 17-4 PH. This advanced alloy achieves consistent mechanical properties through precise low-temperature aging (482-621°C) with minimal distortion, making it ideal for aerospace structural components, nuclear reactor parts, and high-pressure hydraulic systems requiring exceptional reliability.
